The Dean of Students’ Office and UCLA Alumni Association, as part of Women for Change 2008, are sponsoring a recognition event, “UCLA Women for Change Student Leadership Award.” This award has been established to honor outstanding students at UCLA who, through the example of their extraordinary leadership service to UCLA and/or to the community at large have enhanced the visibility and status of women.

Recipients will receive a certificate that will be awarded at the UCLA Women for Change Student Leadership Award Ceremony on Monday, May 19, 12-1:30 PM, in the James West Alumni Center. This ceremony is part of the UCLA Women for Change 2008 Celebration occurring May 19-23, 2008.
